Summary:
ultrainnovative - Tackle rare and dynamic challenges You will oversee our international benefits portfolio and serve as a back up for US benefits, help maintain our competitive advantage within the market and partner with our broker to ensure that we are optimizing our programs. You will coordinate, design and administer our annual health and wellness fair, manage the benefit renewal process and coordinate annual system updates to support benefit changes or enhancements. Responsibilities:
Responsible for the efficient administration of Ultragenyx benefit plans outside the US. This includes onboarding and offboarding new hires, maintaining all benefits data within UltiPro, addressing employee issues relative to specific plan provisions and timely processing of benefit invoices. Act as the Benefits Lead for UltiPro to plan, configure, test and implement changes and enhancements to the system as needed in support of our benefit programs and our global payroll integration. Partner and consult with our brokers to ensure consistent and competitive benefits offerings across each geography, including new country benefits/payroll set up. Evaluate Ultragenyx global benefit programs against market trends and best practices within our industry. Responsible for thoroughly understanding statutory and voluntary benefits programs and leave of absence/time off requirements in all countries we have employees. Ensure policies and processes are kept current, competitive and compliant. Plan and conduct employee meetings as needed to rollout new programs or communicate changes to existing programs. Requirements:
Minimum of 5 - 8 years of benefits administration experience 1-2 years of experience managing benefits in the EU, LATAM and/or APAC Must have knowledge of leave administration UltiPro experience a plus Proficient in Excel to run benefit analytics Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese a plus #LI-TT1 Full Time employees across the globe enjoy a range of benefits, including, but not limited to:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
