The company, situated in the upscale industrial area of Bel Marin Keys, Novato, is approximately thirty miles north of San Francisco.
We are a rapidly expanding company and need an assistant compounder to work in our fast-paced Compounding department.
This is an excellent opportunity to forge a new career.
Candidates must be proficient in English and math and detail-oriented.
Excellent reading, math, and communication skills.
Able to Weigh and measure various raw materials used to make batches.
Confident in basic math calculations, percentages, fractions, and decimals.
Familiar with different measurement schemes, e.
g.
, kilograms vs.
pounds; Fluid vs.
liters.
Able to effectively communicate with supervisor, co-workers, Quality, Packaging, and other departments.
Able to read, understand & apply information from SOPs, batch sheets, etc.
Being able to learn and strictly adhere to FDA regulations, as well as internal procedures.
Manufacturing/production area, wears cleanroom/protective gowning and equipment, including but not limited to gowning, goggles, hairnets for beards, particle masks, face shields, and protective gloves.
All jewelry must be removed before entering the plant.
Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
