OVERALL DESCRIPTION Anchor Health is looking for a multifaceted office person that can wear different hats to help support our clinical team in the field and our patients and families when needs arise.
Maintains effective communication between clinical staff, vendors, facilities, and families.
This position also includes general clerical work to help support the office.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESSPONSIBILITIES 1.

Answers and screens telephone calls.
Takes accurate messages or direct calls to appropriate person.
3.
Responds to requests in a timely manner and provides clear and accurate information.
4.
Supports the office workflow and provides backup support to the clinical coordinators.
5.
Participates in and is responsible for special projects and process improvement initiatives as requested.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 1.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2.
Previous health care related experience.
3.
2 years-related work experience preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED 1.
Ability to provide an elevated level of customer service to patients, families, visitors, staff, and external customers in a professional, service-orientated, respectful manner.
2.
Ability to type 50
words per minute.
3.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications which include Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - highly preferred.
4.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
5.
Ability to demonstrate full working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, procedures, and policies with the ability to use them in varied situations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
