Must be able to quickly adapt to fast paced environments.
This position will support our technicians with scheduling and ordering parts, review and typing of proposals for estimators and collectively work with other office staff.
The ideal candidate to complete our team will possess the following qualities:

Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming phone calls, multiple lines Prioritize and schedule service calls Dispatch service technicians Create, schedule and maintain work orders Maintain customer data base Type proposals and e-mail to customers Create purchase orders, order and receive parts Prepare estimates for small repair jobs Filing and miscellaneous other duties
Experience:
Scheduling and dispatching Answering busy phones Purchase Orders MS Word and Excel Multi-tasking Construction background would be helpful but not required Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
