What You'll Be Doing:
Create and maintain:
Consolidate, maintain, track, and adjust global style/material actual vs demand forecasts and buy plans for all Divisions while maintaining MOQ buy requirements.
Coordinate:
Submit timely seasonal and monthly buy plan/demand forecast to key internal/external stakeholders for capacity/production planning and initial material costing.
Manage:
Provide analytical and administrative support to the monthly demand planning consensus review of supply and demand allocation and recommend adjustments as needed to ensure timely coverage.
Fill gaps and provide crisis coverage where required.
Collaborate:
Collaborate with Product and Development teams in product set up and life cycle maintenance.
Become an expert:
Assist in the efficient execution of Speed To Market orders, resolve inventory constraints and delivery improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree in Business related field.

years of experience in Merchandising, Planning, or Procurement including minimum of 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Demand and/or Supply Planning or Inventory Management, or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Power BI) with a high level of understanding of advanced Excel formulas.
Experience with ERP programs such as SAP or similar systems.
Possess solid understanding of Allocation strategies focused on At Once and Web fulfillment with knowledge in footwear or consumer soft goods.
Working experience in corporate retail or wholesale a must.
This position has a compensation range of $70,180- $84,217.
Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position.
The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
